The Three Little Pigs…the rest of the story

And so the Wolf, who had devoured the first two little pigs, ended up as food in the soup of the oldest little pig, Chuck, who had been smart enough to think ahead and build a brick house, one which would prove to be impermeable to the destructive forces of nature around him.

After Chuck finished up his dinner of wolf and lentil soup, he cleared the lonely table and washed his place setting for one.  He sat for a while in front of the fire, proud of his cleverness and ingenuity, and grateful that God had rewarded him with such a tasty soup.  He went to sleep that night feeling quite gratified.  He had always been taught that God had created pig in his own image, and had given him dominion over the plants and animals of the Earth.  Now he had proof.

The next morning, Chuck woke up in a cold sweat.  His sheets were soaked, and he felt cold and clammy.  He struggled to get his aching body out of bed, and into the bathroom, where he proceeded to vomit for half an hour.  He took his temperature, and it was 104 degrees.  He called his veterinarian, Dr. Crow, who told him to come in immediately.

Dr. Crow examined Chuck, ran some tests, and finally informed him, regretfully, that he had a terminal case of the Wolf Virus, for which there was no known cure.  Chuck became indignant, and angry, cursing the vet and vowing to find someone who could help him.  He looked far and wide, calling vet after vet, and researching for hours on the internet.  He got second, third, and fourth opinions, but he could not find anyone who could help him.  All sources told him that he had an incurable disease.

Chuck did not accept this fate, however, and decided instead that he would dedicate his life to finding a cure.  He spent the next six months studying day and night to obtain an associate’s degree with which he could get a job as a research assistant at the National Wolf Virus Research Center, which was funded primarily by the Federal Government, General Electric, and Anheuser Busch.

He got a job working for a beautiful sow named Clara, a brilliant scientist. Chuck worked tirelessly collecting and recording data for her, and bringing her slop whenever she was hungry.  Clara had three piglets at home.  Their father had left them to pursue a hot young gilt shortly after they were born.  She soon took a liking to the Chuck, and sent him non-verbal signal after non-verbal signal in an attempt to express her feelings.  Chuck missed them all.

A year passed, and they had still not found a cure.  Chuck decided that Clara was either not working hard enough, or just not smart enough, so he decided to go to graduate school and become a scientist himself.  After four years, he got his phD in Biochemistry from Emory, and built his own research lab out of, you guessed it, brick.  He did experiment after experiment, trial after trial, all to no avail.

One day, he received a telegram that Clara, his old boss, had died.  He began to cry.  He thought back to the day he found out he was sick, and realized it had been over nine years.  In that moment, he gave up, and went home.

As he sat in front of the crackling fire in his cozy brick house, his thoughts began to fade away.  He began to feel as though he was lost in the fire.  His connection with his body, and his disease, began to loosen its grip.  As he became immersed in the playful flickering of the flames, he began to feel as though he was becoming part of the fire.  At that moment, there was a knock at the door, and Chuck said, in a calm voice, “come in, it’s open.”

The door opened, and there stood the Big Bad Wolf.  Chuck looked up, and suddenly realized the truth.  The two old friends embraced, and laughed out loud as the walked forth together into the unknown.

Service Before Self: The Subterfuge of Collectivism

To any normal, well-meaning human being, the above military platitude might sound pretty good.  I, as a member of the human race, have a deep desire to look out for my the wellbeing of my brothers and sisters, and to correct injustices when I am able to do so.  We are all connected, after all.  The problem is, we are also aware that there are human beings who walk among us who do not share this feeling of connectedness.  These individuals seem to lack empathy, and appear to look out only for themselves, and their individual best interests, often to the detriment of the lives of the multitude of other beings with whom we share this planet.  We can all think, I'm sure, of a personal example of this type of person, someone we have personally met, talked to, and interacted with.  They exude the Wall Street idea that "greed is good," and take Ayn Rand's "Virtue of Selfishness" to an extreme.  One of the principle virtues in Satanic Ideology, incidentally, is that of self-preservation over the good of the whole.

So, why are there people who behave this way?  What would make a person not care about the impact of his actions upon others?  Is it possible to behave this way, and truly not feel any pangs of guilt or experience any crises of conscience?  Well, it sure seems to me that such individuals do exist, and the only conclusion that seems to make sense is that these people are afflicted with a mental illness characterized by an inability to experience empathy.  Through many generations of Darwinian inbreeding, they have managed to purify and strengthen this mental imbalance through epigenetic reinforcement.  Sometimes they will speak their beliefs, and play upon the greed that seems to exist within each of us, but most of the time they don't.  The desire for self-preservation has driven these individuals to study the behavior of humans, and they have become very adept at feigning the empathy they lack.  As M. Scott Peck states in People of the Lie:

Erich Fromm was acutely sensitive to this fact when he broadened the definition of necrophilia to include the desire of certain people to control others-to make them controllable, to foster their dependency, to discourage their capacity to think for themselves, to diminish their unpredectibility and originalty, to keep them in line. Distinguishing it from a "biophilic" person, one who appreciates and fosters the variety of life forms and the uniqueness of the individual, he demonstrated a "necrophilic character type," whose aim it is to avoid the inconvenience of life by transforming others into obedient automatons, robbing them of their humanity.

A healthy, normal human being has no need to rule over others.  It is the belief in the validity of the Right of Rulership of some over others which is the root of our collective mental illness, and it has spread through our midst like a mental virus.

The truth, that all intellectually capable and emotionally stable humans know deep down, is that one person does not have the right to commit violence unto another.  Ever.  Violence, as used its truest form, is defined as the initiation of force upon another.  One person does not have to right to initiate force against another.  This is commonly called the Non-Aggression Principle, and it is at the core of Natural Law.  The same principle applies to groups among other groups, and also to cells within the individual organism, and onward and upward in both directions.  Once force has been initiated, however, force may, and sometimes must, be used to neutralize the threat.  Look to the immune system of the complex organism as a metaphor.  White blood cells known as "killer T-cells" seek out and destroy that which is perceived as a threat.  However, the Killer T-Cell does not jump outside the organism, and go off on its own to seek out and destroy all threats in the world.  Nor does it offer its mercenary services to other individuals.

And this is where it gets muddy.  This is where those who seek to rule step in.  They assert that there are dangerous people "out there" who will most certainly initiate force, i.e. commit violence.  (They know this, because they are those very people.)  They propose to protect the masses from "those scary people out there" or "that ominous terrorist threat" in exchange for the relinquishment of personal power.  They convince people to give up their right to defend themselves, in exchange for a promise of safety.  And people believe that they can abdicate this responsibility.  And they also believe that in doing so, they can collectively agree to give those in power a right that no individual person has.  The right to commit violence.  The right to initiate force.

The idea that one person can be given the right to rule others is nothing more than a superstition, but it is one we have all been trained so well to believe, that we can barely imagine anything different.  With the implementation of edicts such as the Divine Right of Kings, Manifest Destiny, and the occulting of sacred information by the many types of priest-classes, they have ruled this planet through fear for many hundreds, perhaps thousands of years.  They are the Royal Families, The Bushes, The Clintons, The Rockefellars, The Rothschilds, and so on and so forth.  You need only look to those who wield power over others to find them.

These mischievous beings often hijack metaphors which have been used to describe great truths, and twist them to their own, personal advantage.  By far, the most common of these is the idea that the good of the whole outweighs the good of the individual.  Understand, and always remember, that people who use this type of expression are either ignorant of the deeper implications of such an ideology, or they are the very ones who undermine it.  Notice that within the expression is an imbalance.  Is one really more important than the other?

Look closely.  If a hypothetical person, let's call her Hillary, wishes to force other people to act in a way that she claims is, or perhaps even believes is "for the common good," whose will is she fulfilling?  Who determines what types of actions are for the common good?  If everyone acts in the same manner, is that best for the common good?  If each individual is to choke down his desire to express his individuality for the good of the collective, what then happens to the species as a whole?  Are there historical examples we can turn to which demonstrate what happens when diversity is regulated?

Can you begin to see that this type of control tactic uses as its premise the TRUTH that the good of the whole community is important.  It then gives power to this idea, by adding emotionally charged anecdote and parables, and attempts to convince people that the good of the individual is…
not as important.

Stop right there.

Isn't that which is good for the individual equally important?  Action taken by an individual that strengthens a community is of course very healthy, but only when it is inspired from within the individual.  When a small group of individuals IMPOSES this type of activity as LAW upon the larger community of individuals, superseding the right of each individual to make his or her own free will decisions, this becomes the ultimate expression of self-interest, driven by a desire for domination and control.

The whole cannot be healthy without healthy individual parts.  Each part must be allowed to express itself freely.  Each individual part has an innate connection with the whole, which can be found only by looking inward.  Looking outward, to "authorities" for this connection, will always lead to concentration of power, and eventually corruption and despotism.

THAT WHICH IS TRULY GOOD FOR THE INDIVIDUAL, ALWAYS ALIGNS WITH THAT WHICH IS TRULY GOOD FOR THE COMMUNITY.  AND THAT WHICH IS DESTRUCTIVE TO OTHERS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY, OR TO THE COMMUNITY ITSELF, IS ULTIMATELY THE DEMISE OF THE INDIVIDUAL.

The source of right and wrong is within each of us.

This above all: to thine own self be true.

Hollywood, Drones, and Mind Control...

If there were ever a doubt that the people who control the US and other Governments utilize Hollywood to sway public opinion in their favor, often BEFORE carrying out an attack on the population (see here), this new development surely puts it to rest.

FAA said to be planning to let filmmakers operate drones in populated areas

Now, why would the FAA allow HOLLY-WOOD (whose name literally refers to the type of magic wand used by druidic magicians) to operate drones? Perhaps they are planning to make some films about how drones are good, and how we need them to watch over us and protect us from evil? That would be my guess.

The problem is, the evil that these things are said to protect us from, is an evil that has been created and perpetuated by the very same people who make the drones.  It's the age-old Hegelian Dialectic in action.

I truly hope that large enough numbers of people are too aware at this stage in the evolution of human consciousness to be fooled by this tactic any longer.  I believe we reached a critical point in our advancement a while ago, and we are currently in limbo, neither saved nor damned, until a decision can be made and agreed upon by the collective consciousness of the human race.  In other words, it is up to us.

The purpose of HollyWood has been, since its inception, to control the minds of the people, by inserting beliefs into their subconscious minds.  You need look no further than the relationship of Joseph Goebbels and Walt Disney.  Goebbels gave Hitler 12 Disney Short films as a Christmas Present in 1937.  Clearly, Hitler was intrigued by the power of the Disney cartoon to influence public opinion, as Chicken Little and The Reluctant Dragon so eloquently show.

So, in case you're still not seeing what is going on, keep your eyes open to the movies that will be promoted in the coming months.  See what the message seems to be concerning drones.  Know that these messages are not from individual, creative film makers, but directly from the minds of the men who seek to control you, and your brothers and sisters and children, hijacking the power of your individual creative minds, and using that power to create the world they have envisioned for millennia.

Fight, Flight, or Tranquilize

When I look out my window, when I get in my car to go to work or the store, as I experience the feelings I get from my fellow drivers, and when I exchange pleasantries with people I encounter each day, I sense that there is a growing disconnect between who people really are, and who they pretend to be in the world.  There is an authentic connection that occurs when two people lock eyes, and recognize the presence of each other.  When this happens, our central nervous systems are activated, and we tend to respond in one of four ways.  First, we can freeze, like a deer in the headlights.  All living organisms seems to have the ability to respond in this way to a change in the environment.  This is the most primitive response in terms of the growth and development of our own nervous systems, and most humans have developed more sophisticated social behaviors by the time they are ready for independent public interaction.
The second response is to run.  You probably don't have to try very hard to remember a time when you have felt this response well up inside you.  This is the experience of what contemporary psychiatric nomenclature labels "social anxiety," and they have created elixirs, potions, and pills which inhibit and destroy this completely normal response.  Incidentally, having the ability to respond is called being responsible.  By this logic, medications intended to quell social anxiety, by their very nature, make a person less responsible.  And the opposite of responsible would be dependent.  Why would the people who control the pharmaceutical industry want to make people more dependent?  Dependent upon what, or whom?  Interesting.
The third type of response is to fight.  This response has long been considered socially unacceptable, but a quick look at advanced mammalian behavior will reveal countless examples of this response in action.  We think of fighting these days as barbaric, but in reality, fighting is quite an advanced response to perceived threat.  Again, there are medications to fix people who have exhibited the tendency to respond with rage, and there are countless anger management programs available to people who have been told that they "suffer" from these "afflictions."  Anger has been given a negative social stigma, when again, in reality, anger is a normal response to conflict, and if it is experienced and integrated, it can serve as a stepping stone to the fourth, and most highly evolved, way in which we can respond to the recognition of another.
Highly sophisticated networks in the Vagus nerve are now thought to be responsible for our ability to intrinsically calm the adrenaline rush associated with the freeze-fight-flight responses in our bodies and brains, and carefully scan the perceived threat, contemplating it.  We look for connections and associations that can help us "re-cognize" another person.  We have the ability to use language to ask questions and discover ways of connecting.  Once enough data has been gathered, we can then consciously decide whether to embrace this new association, or to reject it.  The utilization of this system requires the integration of the other three, not their inhibition or destruction.
Understanding, accepting, and embracing all of the wonderful ways in which we can feel connected to others are critical elements on the path to a full experience of the richness of life on this planet.  It is important to understand that behind the pills, and behind the potions, are people with intentions.  On the surface, it might seem that the people who create these medications have benevolent intentions, but when I take a closer look at the world we live in, and I see the consequences of these mind-altering substances, which always seem to be lurking in the background of mass casualty stories, I have to take a step back, and wonder if there might be a better way to help people thrive in the presence of others.

Early Signs of a Fall From Grace

I used to like shopping at Wegmans. In fact, when I lived down south, and had to shop at other large chain grocery stores, it became evident that Wegmans provided quite a nice experience in comparison. Recently, however, I have become annoyed, so I thought I'd write a letter:

Dar Wegmans,

You are a successful and profitable company. You sell groceries, and you are very good at it. So why do you ask me for extra money every time I shop there? The minions who stand at your cash registers tell me it's to help feed the hungry. It doesn't seem like a lot, it's only a dollar. It would be selfish of me not to donate an extra dollar to such a worthy cause, wouldn't it? I feel a little like a jerk when I politely decline, over and over. But how do I know where that money goes?  And why are you really doing this? You are a profitable company.  If you want to feed the hungry, do it!  The need to beg people like me for the money, rather than take it out of your own coffers, and then to broadcast this "honorable" act for all to see and to praise you, indicates a level of putrefaction within your corporate soul that makes me throw up a little bit.

Shame on you for attempting to hide your desire for profit behind the veil of altruism.
I think it's clear that you do this to make yourself look good in the public eye. This, in turn, increases profits. I have nothing against trying to increase profits by improving the products or services you offer. You should be proud of your desire for profit! Quid pro quo! But the attempt to increase profits by promoting yourself as a selfless organization is a contradiction within itself, and, by definition, evil. This behavior indicates that your organization is a lie. Thank you for the good stuff you have provided in the past. And thank you for the very pleasant environment you have created with your stores. I am willing to pay a little extra for those things. But, because you require, or cleverly encourage, your check-out people to badger your patrons, which at its core is an attempt to lay guilt upon them if they don't donate to this "good" cause, I will be seeking another place to shop. The moral code upon which your organization rose to great heights, seems to have gone bankrupt. The organization itself will undoubtedly soon follow.

Love, Jeff.

"Brain Games," the hidden agenda, and the double-edged sword

"As you can see, there are ways to manipulate trust below your conscious awareness, which is a good thing, because mistrust can cause you to miss opportunities. And as these experiments have shown, you're sometimes better off trusting other people more, and yourself a little less. Because when you get right down to it, trust is what makes the world go 'round."

These are the words spoken by Brain Games host Jason Silva, a transhumanist philosopher/entertainer from Venezuela, at the end of one episode we just finished watching. Take a good look at the above statements. Is this what you believe? Is this what you want to teach your children, if you have them? Ask yourself, what kind of person would want to undermine people's trust in themselves? The answer should be pretty clear...

If you haven't seen this show, "Brain Games" on the National Geographic Channel, it's actually pretty interesting.  Each episode contains demonstrations of how our minds often play tricks on us, like the following image, which appears to be moving if you stare at one of the dots, but does not move when you blur your vision out to stare at all simultaneously...

or this one, where if you stare at the x in the center, you will begin to see a green dot emerge...

The show is a very good source to show kids, and adults, ways in which the mind can be manipulated. But, like all good feats of prestidigitation, you have to keep your awareness on the parts they are not emphasizing, because the writers and producers are masters at slipping ideas past your conscious awareness and into your mind without you realizing what has happened. After all, that's what the show is about, right?

When you watch the show, it's easy to get mesmerized.  This is important, as it is a show about how your mind can be manipulated, and it uses this very information to manipulate your mind!

I like to watch this show with my kids, because it exposes some of the ways in which the mind can be manipulated.  I feel it is important, however, to help them use that information to EMPOWER themselves, rather than to DISTRUST themselves, as the show openly recommends. Knowledge of these tricks can lead them to better awareness of the limitations of their senses, and in turn they can develop greater confidence in the reliability of their perceptual awareness through their five senses. Temet nosce.

To understand what the hidden agenda is here, you'll have to peer into Jason Silva's background a little.  You will see that he is involved with Transhumanism and the Hedonistic Imperative, which promotes the abolition of all human suffering through genetic engineering and nanotechnology. Ever seen Revolution?

So these people aim to eliminate suffering by inserting tiny robots into your brain to shut off your "suffering" centers, or to manipulate the genetic code so that people can no longer feel pain. Ever seen Fringe?

I don't know about you, but I don't believe that all suffering and negative karma can be eradicated from existence simply by manipulating our genome and inserting technology into our biology. Reminds me of another TV show...

Resistance, however, is NOT futile, and it is necessary!  This is why I would encourage everyone to watch this show.  It is entertaining, and educational.  But it is very important to watch with a critical eye, consciously, and understand that the agenda of this show is to manipulate you into believing that your mind is not something that can be trusted.  Do not believe this!  Your mind is THE ONLY THING that can be trusted.  It has its flaws, yes.  And there are ways that it can be manipulated, but there are also ways in which you can protect yourself from such manipulation.  Ask yourself why you believe what you believe.  Study the Trivium Method, the lost tools of learning, and understand how to recognize logical fallacies.  Trust your senses, but understand their limitations.  And most of all, don't be fooled, especially by people who claim that because you are so easily fooled, the only answer, is to trust them...

The Squeaky Wheel: A Short Story

Once upon a time there was a little wheel named Scooter. He was born in a wheel factory in Brooklyn, and when he was about 3 months old--5 years in human terms--his parents moved to Sandusky where he attended Firestone Elementary School.  The first lesson a wheel is taught is to be quiet. Scooter just couldn't handle this rule at all.  He was an energetic kid who could not sit still.  Once his lugs were tightened and the car would begin to move, he would express his exhilaration with a loud "WEEEEEEE!!!"  Well, as you can imagine, this was completely unacceptable.

"Now Scooter," his teacher would say, "wheels are supposed to be quiet.  You must stop this screeching every time you begin to move."

Scooter was an inquisitive youth, and didn't understand why he must repress his excitement. "Why?" he asked.

"Because that is what wheels do. They rotate quietly." was the reply.
"But why do they do it that way?" he asked. "It's so boring!"

"Because they do."

Not only was Scooter an inquisitive kid, he was strong-willed.  His parents and teachers called this quality a "rebellious streak."  But Scooter had no interest in being a rebel, he just wanted to know why he should behave in a particular way.  If he didn't have a good reason for doing something, he didn't do it.

He was soon kicked out of public school, and his parents sent him to Our Lady of the Good Year catholic school.  Scooter was hopeful that here, things might be different.  Well, as you might imagine, the methods were different, but the goal was the same.

"You must resist your sinful desires because that is God's will," said Sister Whitewall.

"Why are my desires sinful?" asked Scooter.

"Because it says so in the Bible, and the Bible was written by God himself," replied the nun.

"May I talk directly to God, then, and ask him?"

"You may talk to God, but you must talk to him through me, because I am the only one around hear who can communicate with God. You ask me a question, and I will then ask God, and I'll tell you what he said."

This seemed utterly ridiculous to Scooter, and as you might guess, he was expelled from Catholic school for being immoral.

Scooter's parents were at a loss.  They did not know what to do with him.  They professed that they loved their child, but they continued to believe that in order to love him, they must show him how to model acceptable behavior, and coerce him to be like everybody else, just as their parents lovingly did to them.  They decided to send him to a military school called Bridgestone Academy.  It was at this moment that they lost their son.  Scooter's tearful mother gave him a hug, and his father stoically offered a handshake, as their son was taken into custody by a man in a very authoritative costume, with bars and stripes and everything.

At Bridgestone Academy, Scooter's will was finally broken.  Using methods of trauma-based mind control developed by secret factions within the military-industrial complex, they successfully subdued Scooter's will.  Unfortunately, this came with a price.  Scooter developed a bad case of rotational vertigo as a result of the repression of his emotions.  No matter how hard he tried, as soon as the chassis he was fastened to began to move, and he began to rotate, he would become dizzy and puke.  His drill instructors tried to show him all kinds of tricks.  They told him about spotting, a technique dancers and figure skaters use to prevent dizziness while whirling around in circles.  Didn't work.  They taught him about mind-control and self-hypnosis, which were of no help at all.  No matter what he tried, after a few minutes, he would become dizzy, and toss his cookies all over the pavement.

Scooter managed to make it through the rest of school by increasing his stamina, and being able to hold off the dizziness for up to seven minutes, which was just long enough to pass his exams, and graduate from Bridgestone.  He enrolled in Michelin State University, because that's what he was told he was supposed to do, and soon found himself in way over his head.  He dropped out of college, and picked up a crappy job on the most pathetic of all vehicles, a Dodge Caravan, but his vertigo continued.  One day, just before the vertigo was to seize him again, he let out a sound.

"WEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!" Vertigo gone.

The vehicle slowed and stopped.  The driver got out, and looked at Scooter.  Not being a mechanic, he didn't know what to do.  He got back in the van, and drove it to the repair shop.  The mechanic looked the van over, and did a thorough diagnostic evaluation.  He found nothing wrong with Scooter. As a solution to a problem he could not identify, the mechanic decided to grease up the wheel in the hope that it would no longer make a sound.  It worked.  Scooter's joy was drowned in grease.  It was like a dream in which you try to scream, and nothing comes out.  For the rest of Scooter's life, whenever he would manage to squeak out a sound, he would get a mouthful of grease, and the rest of his life was a living nightmare.
